1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sinbool! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sinbool mobile application ("App") operated by Sinbool ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the App and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

Sinbool is an educational mobile application designed for children that provides:

• Islamic stories from the Quran
• Stories about the Prophets (Peace Be Upon Them)
• Audio narration of stories
• Interactive quizzes
• Progress tracking features
• Parental control features

3. User Eligibility

Sinbool is intended for:

• Children ages 5-12 using the app under parental supervision
• Parents and guardians managing the app for their children
• Educators using the app for educational purposes

Children under 13 should use this app only with parental consent and supervision.

4. Account and Subscription

4.1 Free Features

The App offers certain features for free, including sample stories, basic progress tracking, and parental controls.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Additional content is available through a premium subscription:

• Subscription is billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.3 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be offered for premium access. These codes:

• Are for single use only
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May have expiration dates
• Are non-transferable

5. Acceptable Use

When using Sinbool, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App content
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it
• Share subscription access with non-family members

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is owned by Sinbool or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.

7. Parental Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian:

• You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App
• You should configure parental controls appropriately
• You are responsible for any purchases made through your account
• You agree to these Terms on behalf of your child

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINBOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content in Sinbool is intended for educational purposes only:

• Stories are simplified for children's understanding
• Content should not be considered as religious authority or fatwa
• Parents should supplement with guidance from qualified Islamic scholars
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee theological perfection

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time:

• We will notify you of material changes to these Terms
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• App updates may be required to continue using the service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

• If you violate these Terms
• At our discretion with or without notice
• If we discontinue the service

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sinbool operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sinbool regarding the App.
